About
Liliana Sommariva is an Italian singer-pianist and composer from the province of Milan. Since 2023 she collaborates with Dermaser – a cosmetic company – as a composer to create music tracks paired with the Hyalustar products.
Her debut album Nature Never Lies was released in 2024 with Barly Records. This project is focused on the need to reconnect with Nature – both outside and within – trying to find those truths often obscured by the incessant noise of contemporary life. Currently she's working on her second project as leader No Other Universe, which expands on the previous topics, broadening the focus on human beings as part of the Universe. She is also starting a solo project called The Song of Earth, a participatory performance in which listening, breathing and singing together becomes a means of connection between living beings, to feel the lost sense of belonging to Nature and the Universe. The première happened during Dune Campus 2025, an artistic residency of art in Nature in Tuscany.
With No Other Universe, she was semi-finalists of the Isio Saba Prize.
As side-musician, she is part of various music projects born in Siena, Milan, Brescia and Trento.
